Join us for a 6 week online journey of rest! YES, its time to nurture your selfs and learn some tips to sleeping better and learning how to rest better and renew yourself. Course will be on line (recorded optional) we will discuss the theme of the week, followed by gentle stretches: then get ready to chill out and get optimal rest for your body-mind. You can lay on the floor or bed for about 30 minutes and be guided on how to relax the body (first) then the mind, then reconnection automatically happens to the spirit. When all three of these are in alignment, you sleep better!
