Join us for a 6 week online journey of sleeping better and learning how to relax. We will do some gentle stretches, lay on the floor or bed for about 30 minutes and be guided on how to relax the body (first) then the mind, then reconnection automatically happens to the spirit. When all three of these are in alignment, you sleep better!
